I purchased it in Seoul, Korea in 1993. It has been lovingly displayed since then, and now it is time for others to admire this beautiful piece of pottery.   This vintage Celadon Korean vase or pot whichever you wish it to be is finely reticulated with a crackled glaze. It has a shallow double walled design which makes it even more unique. At the top of the vase are cranes and clouds surrounding the entrance. In Korean culture, flying cranes are a powerful symbol of longevity, purity, and peace, often associated with the aspiration for a long and harmonious life. Korean characters, the makers mark is on the bottom. The vase measures approximately 5 ½” tall and about 6 ½” wide.  It has no chips, dings or nicks.     I do my best when I take pictures and upload to be as accurate as possible to the true colors.
