It has been acid-tested, showing a clear dark red reaction, confirming it is high-grade .925 sterling silver despite being unmarked. Authentic Patina: The silver has a lovely, natural vintage patina that highlights the depth of the links. I have left it unpolished to preserve its history, but it would shine up brilliantly if desired. Structural Note: There is some minor bending in a few of the connector loops (see photos).
