A wonderful Ming Dynasty Porcelain Bowl, Circa 1628-1643, Chung Chen. Bowl has three tight cracks (see photos). Two of them do not catch a finger nail. The longest one does slightly.      A wonderful Ming Dynasty Porcelain Bowl, Circa 1628-1643, Chung Chen.  Chinese. 10" diameter by 4.75" tall.  Bowl has three tight cracks (see photos).  Two of them do not catch a finger nail. The longest one does slightly.  This was purchased in a liquidation auction of   Aladdlins Lamp Antique Shop from Evanston, Illinois.   I believe the antique shop purchased the bowl from a Chinese collector who placed the red wax seal on the bottom.   I have had this bowl in my collection since about 2002, in my smoke free, pet free home.   See my other listings of antique Chinese bowls, jars, and vases.
