The H F on the inside of the clasp shows this was manufactured by the H.F. Barrow Company, which was founded in 1853. It is a gold filled curb link mesh chain with an engraved slider and a large rotating fob with a pyramid carnelian stone on one side and what I suspect is a bloodstone flat stone on the other.
