Exquisite radial lobed ( godronné ) pattern mimicking a flower or fan, with a blank central oval cartouche. Distinctly struck with French post-1798 hallmarks on the inner rim, including a maker's mark (lozenge shape) and a 1st standard guarantee mark (numeral '1'). Antique condition with historic character. The exterior shell is deeply pigmented have cracks , look the close ups, glossy, . The hinge functions perfectly and closes flush.
