The dress is all lace with a cute velvet belt with a snap. The lace is not a stretchy lace. It may have originally had a slip dress with it or this may be how it was originally designed. I have no idea.  The fabric content label is missing. Aside from that, I do not see any notable flaws. It is quite lovely.  I see no holes, stains, snags or serious signs or wear or repair.  I have been selling on eBay for over 26 years and love it! Please feel free to ask me any questions.
