All gemstones are tested on a Presidium Gemstone Tester. This equipment CANNOT determine between natural, lab created and synthetic gemstones. There are no returns accepted for lab created or synthetic gemstones. Items may be vintage, antique or newer. There is still a chance that the stones can become loose or that a connector may need to be tightened. We are as delicate as possible with the items, but there is a possibility we may miss the flaw or that it may happen during shipment.
