Preshrunk for sure fit after washing.  This item, along with a couple other items from this same bedding set, was found inside of an old Disney theme park bag in a bedroom of a time capsule of a home! The home did have that vintage kind of musty smell as it had been shut up for years and the packaging has picked up a little of that smell.
