Beautiful antique MZ Austria covered sugar bowl dating from approximately 1884-1909..This ornate Austrian porcelain sugar bowl features pink roses, floral decoration, soft green shading, elaborate gold gilt accents, decorative double handles, a scalloped body and its original fitted lid.  The base is marked with the MZ Austria double-headed eagle backstamp associated with Moritz Zdekauer porcelain from the late 19th to early 20th century.  A beautiful display piece!  LID PACKED SEPARATELY IN BOX. CONDITION:  VG condition for age.  There is a small flea bite/chip on the underside of the base that is generally only noticeable when the piece is turned over.  The gold trim around the base shows noticeable wear in some areas.  There is a good amount of gold remaining on the handles, upper rim and lid.  The inside edge of the lid has a few tiny rough spots that may be small flea bites or manufacturing irregularities.  The lid fits well.  There is some discoloration on the inside of the bowl itself, more noticeable under bright light.
