This size is great for brownies and smaller items. The blade is marked  “ROBINSON KNIFE”  and  “STAINLESS STEEL.”  The utensil has a  partial tang construction  and a wood handle secured with  two rivets . The handle also has a hole at the end for hanging/storage.
