Beautiful vintage Fenton Art Glass #3872 candle bowl in vibrant Colonial Blue glass. This versatile centerpiece features Fenton’s classic Hobnail pattern, a scalloped/sawtooth rim, and a pedestal base. The ingenious molded design was made to accommodate several different candle arrangements. Five candle wells are positioned around the interior, with an additional opening in the center. Marked on the base “PATENT NO. 3547569.” This is Fenton’s U.S. patent for the Candle Bowl design, filed in 1968 and granted December 15, 1970. Excellent vintage condition.
