There is a marcasite gem missing on the upper left(facing) curve of the heart--this may be seen in photo #3; otherwise, gems appear intact, mother-of-pearl is nice, not cracked; Sterling Silver has some tarnish expected from age; mother-of-pearl likely glued or affixed in some way, light discoloration to the glue areas, may be cleaned with appropriate & compatible jewelry cleaner.
