Overall, the plated finish is in tip top condition. There is no loss of finish to the shiny portion of the gold tone pendant, although there are some random faint superficial surface scratches that are not readily noticeable or distracting. The textured portion of the pendant inside a few tiny brushed textured crevices have some discolor - minor. The hooking rings show normal friction plating loss from prior use - minor. The sturdy chain link is in excellent shape finish wise and the necklace has working hardware. The jewelry is somewhat heavy, weighing 1.5 ounces.
