Good condition  DISNEYLAND Star Tours  (1987) lithography on card stock, 8.25" x 3.625" boarding pass and 8.5" x 3.75" folder These two (2) items were issued to a Disney cast member inviting them and their family to an exclusive "'Star Tours' Launch Night" preview event held at Disneyland the evening of January 8, 1987. The invitation describes the event as a "special premiere in Tomorrow-land featuring dancing, dining, plus all those great Tomorrow land attractions...the new 'Captain EO,' Space Mountain, The Circle vision Show 'Wonders of China,' and more!" The colorful boarding pass is for flight 101 from "Disneyland Tomorrow-land Spaceport" to the "Moon of Endor." The pass is in the "Flight Material" folder from "Star Tours Travel Agency Disneyland" as issued. The  Star Tours  attraction was the first in Disneyland based on a non-Disney film—George Lucas'  Star Wars  trilogy (The Walt Disney Company acquired Lucasfilm in 2012)—and it opened to Park guests on January 9.
