Beautiful vintage sterling silver earrings not stamped that I can find but tested as 925 sterling and procured at a local estate.  Hooks are a replacement and do not test as sterling.   Most Sterling silver will tarnish but can easily get cleaned with some toothpaste and a small brush.   Many of these vintage sterling items will have slight scratches due to their age.
