Glazed stoneware with a hand painted design. Artist signed on the base. There are no chips or cracks, beyond those associated with the creation of this item. Please review the photos taken from all angles. There are imperfections in the glaze common with the creative process. None impact the integrity of the jar. Pale gray with a darker gray design. Approximately 6 inches tall and 6 inches wide at it's widest middle point. The base is 4 1/8" wide and the top opening measured from lip to lip is 2 1/2 inches. The interior of the jar is also glazed in light gray. As with any vintage, hand glazed piece there are standard imperfections to the surface.
