Melikhov.From 1952 to 1976 - the permanent head of the art studio at the October Palace of Culture.  Was in China as part of the first creative group of Soviet artists (1956-57).     Honored Artist of the USSR (1979).  People's Artist of Ukraine(1999).  Teacher, professor.  His works are in the museum of Ukraine they are exhibited on the auctions and the western galleries.  Active in Kyiv. Oil on cardboard.  Signature verso. Size: 40x50 cm (15 1/2 x19 1/2 in).    The pictures of this Russian painter and others are on the auctions and in the galleries by prices in 5-10 times higher than I have.
