Sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for a vtg. large gold leaf multi colored wood frame. The frame has an inner notched design; could be a white chalkiness in the notched grooves: made that way. A red or burgundy color shows through the gold leaf in an almost wiped texture. Some areas where there are red spots that may be nicks/wear. Top first tier that protrudes out at top. Middle edge and at upper left mitred corner near left side left top edge. Some on right side first top edge showing just red spots through the gold leaf. Bottom top edge toward left corner. Dirt in crevices. Back edge areas like to right corner back edge red spots. Could be others tried to mention them all. The frame maker is unmarked, could be Italian due to gold leaf application. Backside, nails sticking out, as found. Old paper remnants on backside. No hanging hook, etc... Blue paint spont on gold leaf at bottom, center top edge, cant explain. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned.
