The year is indistinct but is c. 1909 based on the message. Stamp : A 1-cent green Benjamin Franklin stamp is affixed. While I'm no stamp expert, it appears to be from the Washington-Franklin series, likely Scott #331. Layout : This is a divided back postcard with "POST CARD" printed in red. Publisher Information : The publisher is the "International Art Publ. Co." of "NEW YORK BERLIN", with their winged globe logo. The card was "PRINTED IN GERMANY". Condition: Used.
