View VINTAGE ANTIQUE Sterling Silver Puffy Heart Charm~Double Heart w Arrow with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. It is marked 'sterling' on the reverse and engraved 'PB' on the 2 hearts. Not often seen and a little 'puffier' than most hearts! Perfect for a charm-lover's gift! It could stand a slight cleaning and I will leave that up to the new owner. For your consideration, a wonderful vintage Puffy Heart Charm I believe to be from between 1920-1940 featuring gorgeous repousse detail, a double heart with arrow  and a swirled edge. This lovely heart measures approx. 1/2" wide and 7/8" tall and is in very good to excellent vintage condition with surface wear consistent with age, please see close-up pictures.  It is marked 'sterling' on the reverse and engraved 'PB' on the 2 hearts. Not often seen and a little 'puffier' than most hearts! Perfect for a charm-lover's gift!!!  It could stand a slight cleaning and I will leave that up to the new owner.
