Good condition but please note these Flaws: Inspecting closely, there are some areas of faint darkening/staining. Nothing really glaring. It it difficult to see it in the photos as well. I have not attempted to clean. I believe the fabric is a really nice quality suede. But I am not 100% sure. There are loose stitches in one of the inner armpits.
