This Bethy?s Closet Ltd fashion  was created especially for your vintage Ideal Newborn Thumbelina doll and will work as scale for approximately 10 to 14 inch dolls.   My very own Newborn, received Christmas 1970, was the model and inspiration for this accessory using period and ?age appropriate? styles and materials. This auction is for the Easter Basket only and does NOT include any doll or props.   It is the model to provide a visual representation of the outfit and it's fit and appearance.   As all baskets incorporate the same colors and materials, if you have a preference to either PINK or YELLOW for the basket, please MESSAGE me and I'll be happy to send that color for you.  This auction is for ONE basket. This " EASTER CELEBRATION " basket was created from plastic nut cups, ribbon wrapped wire handles, tiny tiny shredded paper grass, chenille chicks, colorful forget-me-nots and hand-painted spun cotton eggs.  The "baskets" come in pink and yellow and all contain an assortment of vivid colors.  All materials incorporated are NOS items except for the spun cotton eggs and I loved painting them just for this offering!  The baskets are 3" wide and 3.5" high.  I've included a photo with my own Newborn to give you an idea of scale.  My photos do not do justice to their vivid color and attention to detail. Please view all photos for best description of this accessory and I'm happy to answer any questions that you may have.   New accessories will be offered periodically and there is a limited quantity for any style/model due to the sourcing of specific materials. Care instructions: Display away from direct sunlight to ensure that colors do not fade over time.
