For your consideration, a wonderful vintage Puffy Heart Charm from the 1940's featuring a double sided heart with a cobalt blue enamel banner and a swirled edge. This lovely heart measures approx. 1/2" wide and 7/8" tall and is in very good to excellent vintage condition with surface wear consistent with age, please see close-up pictures.
