The leather on these is in good condition - it feels soft and flexible everywhere. You get a generous pull-on loop that's actually big enough to use. The collar at the top is padded for comfort. The soles have surprisingly little wear and have an aggressive tread for great traction. Packed with features and made in the USA? You just can't beat some vintage boots so you might as well buy these without delay! Let's talk about these aforementioned features. The leather on these is in good condition - it feels soft and flexible everywhere. You get a generous pull-on loop that's actually big enough to use. The collar at the top is padded for comfort. The soles have surprisingly little wear and have an aggressive tread for great traction. All the loops for the laces are smooth D rings or holes so you won't be buying new laces every ten minutes. And the insides of the boots are lined with smooth leather - the quality is really shouting at us loudly. As you can see from the pictures, the condition is quite good considering their age. There are some scuffs, scrapes and scratches in the leather but nothing too serious. There is also some of that weird green stuff around some of the lace holes and the laces are stained from it low down by the toe. It looks black in the pictures for some reason but it's actually a dark green. To top it off, there's no ripe foot smell here, just a pleasant leather scent.
