Please note that the necklace runs extremely short, approximately 15".  An extension chain is always an option They are very similar to AM Lee Jewelry Company (Providence RI 1946 - 1962), but I can't guarantee that they are. Growing up in Providence, it was known at one time to be "THE JEWLERY CAPITOL OF THE WORLD." My family and I worked in the jewelry industry for many years.  These are quite possibly a sample.
