Both pieces are hexagonal in shape around the top with each section curved. It is 2" deep inside. The open sugar is 2 1/2" tall, is 5 7/8" from handle to handle and 3 1/2" wide. This vintage Imperial Glass Elegant Pink Depression Glass Sugar and Creamer Set was made during the 1930's in Bellaire, OH. When made this stunning set was a step up from the less expensive depression glass pieces produced during this period as it had added features of hand painted enamel flowers and 22K gold gilt trim on the glossy pale pink glass. This style was considered "elegant glass". Both pieces are hexagonal in shape around the top with each section curved. They sit on a 2 1/8" round diameter base. The creamer holds 6 fl oz. It measures 2 3/4" tall at the spout, is 5" from handle to spout and is 3 3/8" wide. It is 2" deep inside. The open sugar is 2 1/2" tall, is 5 7/8" from handle to handle and 3 1/2" wide. It also is 2" deep inside. The pretty enamel flowers surround the outside of both pieces. There are blue & white flowers each having yellow & red centers. The gold trim is painted around the top edges as well as on the top of the handles. This beautiful set is perfect to use for any occasion or lovely to simply display. The pieces are in pristine condition with no damage to the glass and no paint wear to the enamel flowers or to the gold trim. There are no scratches, utensil marks or signs of use. The set should be hand washed only to preserve the delicate beauty of the flowers and the gilt trim of these classic pieces. This discontinued set is a timeless collectible for any vintage or depression glass enthusiast.  Condition: Used.
