Uncommon vintage  1982 Okarche, Oklahoma 75th Anniversary commemorative belt buckle , individually numbered  478 . This impressive solid-brass buckle commemorates Oklahoma's  75th Anniversary, 1907–1982 , while celebrating the agricultural and petroleum heritage of the Okarche area. The highly detailed raised-relief design features a  buffalo, wheat, farm buildings, grain silo, harvesting equipment and oil derricks , creating a wonderful visual history of Oklahoma agriculture and energy. Front lettering includes: OKARCHE OKLAHOMA – ARAPAHO – CHEYENNE EST. 1874 OKLAHOMA'S 75th ANNIVERSARY 1907 – 1982 The reverse is stamped: 478 and marked: ADM AWARD DESIGN MEDALS INC. P.O. BOX 1088 NORMAN, OKLA. 73070 SOLID BRASS This appears to be an unusually difficult Okarche commemorative buckle to find.
