Here's my theory about this very unique vintage salt & pepper shakers. Someone hand-painted these back in the day while tripping on some actual mushrooms. Because they are big and sort of sloppy and amazingly charming. There is an unabashed joy and carefree feeling in this set. At least, that's my take on it.  These are a generous--and almost ridiculous--5" tall. That's a LOT of salt and pepper to have at your fingertips. But maybe just the thing if you have the munchies and are chowing down with 20 of your closest compadres.  They still have the original rubber stoppers so you can use these--or just display them and admire their heft and decoration from afar.  Condition: Used.
