The lid has a 2.25" long chip on underside lip circled in red (See 2nd to last pic). Vintage 1969-1972 CorningWare Blue Cornflower 1.5 Quart Casserole Dish A-1 1/2-B with A-7-C Pyrex Lid. Excellent Condition! There are some scuffs/scratches on the cooking surface (See last pic). All other surfaces are almost pristine.
