Features an empire waistline, sleeveless, plunging ruffled neckline with a green satin ribbon & red carnation. Back is open with 2" straps connecting to neckline. Long, full skirt with a 10" bottom ruffle. Back metal zipper with hook and eye closure. Size 7 displayed on a size 8 Mannequin. Great vintage condition with very light stains mostly at hemline (see photos). No tears or holes that I see. Great for wedding, formal, cocktail, tea party. Has not been dry cleaned.
