Late 19th-century French diamond-cut crystal casket box featuring the original brass / gilt-bronze (ormolu) hardware frame,  dual side drop-ring handles, and four ball feet. This piece is being sold strictly AS-IS / FOR PARTS OR RESTORATION due to structural damage to the crystal. Hardware Condition: The metal hardware set is excellent, straight, and un-warped.  The rear hinge functions smoothly, and the lid closes flush against the base rim.  The brass displays a beautiful, authentic dark aged patina, with only one minor spot of surface wear/exposure near one handle loop. Glass Condition Note: Please review the photos carefully.
