High brow Estate sale find. Set of 8 antique (4 small plates/4 Berry bowls) 18th century Qing Dynasty export Famille Rose porcelain in time capsule condition with NO damage issues or signs of abuse. ONE plate has a small glaze slip but not a chip; please see pictures. NO crazing or utensil clatter and no repairs. Quite a find in this condition.  The colorful decoration and intricate design typical of the Famille Rose style are showcased on these porcelain pieces, which originate from China. Dating back to pre-1800, these authentic antique items are a beautiful representation of Chinese craftsmanship and artistry from the Qing Dynasty era. The set includes 4 plates and 4 berry bowls, all featuring the traditional multi-color palette and elegant design characteristic of this historical time period. What makes these even better are the singular Red lettering which makes these no doubt part of a estate or elite estate oder collection where a curator kept an inventory of the pieces. These are handwritten not a typical cleanly marked one found on late 20th C reproductions. The central design features a traditional basket of flowers overflowing with vibrant peonies which symbolizes wealth , honor and prosperity. Distinctive opaque pink and brilliant rich green multi-colors. The plates are a tad over 7 inches and the bowls are a bit over 4 inches. Suitable for a neat wall display or careful use.
