Beautiful antique Rosenthal R.C. Monbijou Bavaria rose bowl / bonbon dish. • Size: 5.5 inch diameter, 1 inch tall - small nappy / berry / trinket / candy dish size. Measured with ruler in photo. • Decoration: Heavy hand painted pink / burgundy roses with green and brown shaded leaves. Soft airbrushed background in peach, blue, and green. Heavily ruffled / scalloped edge with original gold trim. • Mark: Green crown mark "R.C. MONBIJOU BAVARIA" on bottom plus brown ink decorator signature "Brown". This is the early Rosenthal crown mark used 1891-1906. • Condition: Very good antique condition for 120+ years old. No chips or cracks noted. Light gold wear to edge as expected.
