Here is an antique brass door hardware set featuring a mortise lock, a double knob and a door plate hardware set manufactured by Corbin in the Roanoke pattern. This pattern was made as early as 1891. Included in the lot is a double lock mortise and knob mechanism which measures 6 ¾ x 1” on door latch side and 3 ½ x 4 ¼” x 11/16” on the mechanism block. There is a double doorknob with rod and 2 screws featuring the Roanoke pattern and a beautiful Roanoke door plate that measures 9 7/8” x 2 ¾”. There is also an individual single key plate and single door knob plate, both with no design. All of the items are in very good condition but need a very good cleaning to remove built up tarnish and polish and some residual white paint on the large door plate.
