Handle is hand applied clear.  Hand Etched European '1/4L' measurement on shoulder   Hand Made In Europe- country unknown, but the measurement mark on the shoulder of 1/4 Liter is not used in USA Small Pitcher/Large Creamer- nice size for display or use with milk, maple syrup, etc This also would make a charming flower vase! Beautiful Shape, Thick Sturdy Bottom Is Weighty And Handle Is An Easy To Grip Shape Very Nicely Formed/Shaped Spout, polished pontil mark on base Size Approx. 4.5"tall x 2.5" Across Top With Spout, Base 3.5"across Excellent vintage condition, beautiful!
