There are short puffed sleeves with elastic casings forming a ruffle and an attached half slip that peeks out from under the dress. The bodice front and sleeves have lace. The tulle veil has lace trim at the edges and is attached to purchased headband. This is perfect for a Communion or flower girl dress.
