STEVE MADDEN SHOES Showstop  Evening Sandal Black Satin This pair of shoes fall under the category of "What was I possibly thinking when I purchased these?"  As I recall, I was shopping with a friend that encouraged me to buy these beautiful shoes because after I wear them I could always put them under glass and show case the shoes as a piece of art. My friend always has been a little crazy. Unable to resist I wore the shoes in the store and then tucked them away for the right moment to dazzle. If truth be known, the dazzle moments came and went but my confidence to wear the 5 inch heal, even with the 1 1/4 platform never materialized.  I believe my age was showing!
