The worst condition issue is that the paint at the very top of the hat is chipped. There are various minor scuffs and marks all around from age and years of storage. The uniform paint still looks very good. The original sword is present and undamaged. The back of the hair has a stain in it. The beard is a bit loose but still intact and present. The mouth opens and closes without getting stuck. The box shows some wear from years of storage but is still in good usable shape. Measurements: 15” tall. Other Information: This was an old Christmas decoration of ours that we really don’t use anymore.
