Beautiful vintage sterling silver pendant brooch combo signed by artist (can't make it out) and tested as sterling 925 and procured at a local estate.   Most Sterling silver will tarnish but can easily get cleaned with some toothpaste and a small brush.  Most vintage sterling will have small scratches due to the age of the item.   Sorry but no partial refunds.
