WHAT YOU ARE BUYING Vintage  STERLING SILVER Ornate MONO SNUFF PILL TRINKET BOX 1909-1940   DESCRIPTION We are proud to offer this wonderful sterling silver small box.  It has a beautiful ornate monogram on the rounded top with engraved repousse floral design...We are having trouble deciding what the monogram is but we are sure that they are of your favorite aunt's.   The box closes securely and has two different little handles which make it easy to open.  It is marked on the bottom with "Sterling" & "780" and maker's mark.  This     Your creativity is your only limitation for its uses. It is a perfect estate piece to start or add to your collection. If you have any questions please ask!  I am including many pictures in different lighting so that you may judge for yourself. CONDITION Small scratches and dings.  We tried to photograph this, but it was very difficult.  It is in good condition but could probably used a good polish.  The wear is normal and appropriate to an item of this age.  The hinge works well. Since these items were previously used and loved, there will be small scratches and signs of wear.   We feel these characteristics are part of the history of these wonderful things and should not detract from the use of them today.  Please understand this when you make your decision to buy previously loved items.
