The blue RS Germany wreath & star mark was used by Reinhold Schlegelmilch Germany (Tulowice/Silesia) from 1920 - 1945. "GERMANY" is also incised in the plates back and the plate is marked "handpainted". Vintage 1920/30s Hand Painted RS Reinhold Schlegelmilch Germany 8" Rose Plate. The blue RS Germany wreath & star mark was used by Reinhold Schlegelmilch Germany (Tulowice/Silesia) from 1920 - 1945. "GERMANY" is also incised in the plates back and the plate is marked "handpainted" Reinhold Schlegelmilch took over the porcelain and faience factory in Tulowice/Silesia from Johann Carl Praschma in 1889 and ran it until he died in 1934. The plate is in fine vintage condition. It has some age related reddish discoloration on some spots of the gold rim. By thoroughly  inspection you find some roughness on the surface of the single roses. That looks like fine particles which got in while the plate was decorated. No chips, no crazing visible.
