This is a 1980's vintage leather belt with an inserted strip of braided horse hair. It is a size 28 belt likely for a child. When I measure, it looks like it will fit up to a waist size of 29". The belt has a embossed plated silver buckle and keeper and two silver colored concho type accents. The buckle and keeper have a bit of wear to the silver. The western style belt was handmade by circle Y of Yoakum Texas. It is a gorgeous belt, beautifully made! The leather and the stitching should last a life time.
