The plate is signed by the artist M.E. Woodruff. I am amazed by how well this artist, likely a woman, captured the beauty of flowers. I wish I know more about her! The diameter of the T&V Limoges hand painted cabinet plate is 9 1/2". There is a small chip that is visible only from the back side. The plate is absolutely gorgeous and displays perfectly.
