I cannot find any information on this plate or another. It appears to be a transfer with a few hand painted details. It does have faint surface scratches; some will be more noticeable than others. There is some faint scratching on the gilt as well as some worn gilt. There are some manufacturer imperfections. It appears to be a transfer with a few hand painted details. It needs some cleaning to remove fingerprints, smudges, water-spots, etc.  It is possible that i have overlooked some additional small flaws.
