There are two problems....l...the center two pages are loose, 2...there is a tear on one page...it is all there and could easily be taped, but I didn't want to alter it's condition. Due to the size of this program, I will gently roll it, and mail it in an appropriate sized box, and send it via USPS Ground Advantage at my cost.
