Measures 29.5x40 inches. Condition is G+: large corner chip, wrinkles from rolling, thumb-wrinkles, some minor scuffs and some small scattered spots, heavy edge wear with multiple short tears, multiple tack holes in corners, on the back there are some thin /scarred areas where tape as removed; also the reverse has ink stamps in the corners.
