Antique Cider Pitcher. Antique Cider Pitcher Jean Pouyet Limoges (JPL) made in France Absolutely gorgeous handpainted antique cider pitcher with strong colors, and gold gilded trim. The mark would date this piece to sometime in the late 1800's-very early 1900's. The bottom of the piece is marked and I think says "Mrs. Mudleroy". Highly desirable, the Roses motif is handpainted . Approximately 5.25 inches in height and 7.75 inches from tip of handle to tip of spout. Marking on the bottom " J.P.L. France". This is the mark for artist Jean Pouyat, Limoges, France. Absolutely Grand condition. No chips, flakes, crazing or cracks. This beauty is in Excellent condition, a sterling investment quality fine Art-Porcelain, with the century old vintage china painting perfectly preserved within its lustrous glass overglaze finish.
