Large Circular form with palmettes and alternating rounded medalions with pendant prisms and leaf cast sockets fillted for bulbs, supporting a gently domed shade, comprised of amber and opaque white mottled slag glass panels, on a chain.  Condition Report: Good Condition with some wear, has newer wiring.   I have not tested to see if it works or needs any rewiring.
