He rocks, talks and plays Christmas songs! He is likely from the late 70's to early 80's. Marketed as "Sonic Controlled", he starts rocking when you clap your hands. He works pretty well but sometimes his rocking action can occasionally get stuck needing a little prod to get him going again. Due to age this is being sold "as is".
