It is part of their Bettina "Elegance" #3331 Pattern. This Pattern was produced between 1955 thru 1959 and has been discontinued. This Cream Soup Bowl has an off white china base with a dark graying near the edge and it fades into the platinum edging. The Platinum edging shows some ware (see last photo) but that is to be expected in a piece this old. The bottom of the piece reads: Rosenthal, Germany, Bettina, 3331. The Two Handled Cream Soup Bowl measures approx. 5.25 inches in diameter, not including the handles and approx. 2 inches tall. The Rosenthal Bettina pattern refers to a mid-century porcelain "shape" or "form" used by the German manufacturer Rosenthal, primarily during the 1950s and 1960s. While "Bettina" defines the physical silhouette of the pieces—often characterized by a softly flared or gently curved shape—it served as a "blank" for various decorative designs.
